From this year (2017) there will be new, simplified arrangements for attending the Society's lectures.

We will no longer require advance payments for tea or for guests. Consequently you will not need to send a cheque or a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. Tickets will not be issued.

Instead, collection boxes will be available on the day for voluntary donations towards the cost of the venue and the catering. Change cannot be given.

We will, however, need to know the number of people attending; for catering purposes, and to ensure that we do not exceed the maximum capacity.
